可乐鸡腿的做法步骤

1小鸡腿去皮洗净。(我家不吃皮所以去掉。) -
2鸡腿飞水。 -
3捞起洗去浮沫。 -
4准备八角，香叶和姜片。 -
5葱切葱花。 -
6把鸡腿放入锅里，倒入400ml可乐，1大匙生抽，一大匙老抽，1/4茶匙盐，姜，八角和香叶放入，大火烧开转中小火煮约30分钟。 -
7大火收汁。 -
8撒上葱花即可。 -
9好吃又下饭。
