炒花螺的做法步骤

2将已清洗好的花螺下入清水锅中焯开1分钟后，捞出。 -
3烧锅倒油烧热，下入姜片炝锅。 -
4接着，下入焯好的花螺，加适量的料酒 -
5翻炒翻炒。 -
6然后，加适量的生抽。 -
7加适量的盐。 -
8调味炒匀。 -
9最后，搁入葱段，即成。 -
10出锅装盘。
