烧茄子的做法步骤
-
1长茄子两个 -
2西红柿一个 -
3茄子切成块，西红柿切成丁 -
4葱、姜、蒜、辣椒切成末 -
5炒锅放油（多一点），放入两粒大料 -
6油热以后放入葱、姜、辣椒 -
7将切好的茄子放入炒锅内，翻炒，点入适量的水，盖上锅盖，（此步骤反复几次） -
8直到将茄子煎的黑亮 -
9放入盐和西红柿，翻炒 -
10放入蒜末，翻炒放入老抽，翻炒放入味精、香油，翻炒 -
11出锅装盘。
