土豆青椒火腿饼的做法步骤
-
1土豆、青椒、火腿肠切丝，葱蒜切碎 -
2锅内到一点点油烧热，放入火腿肠煎一下，盛出备用 -
3把土豆、青椒、火腿肠放进容器内，打入两个鸡蛋，放入葱蒜碎、盐、黑胡椒粉搅拌均匀 -
4锅内到一点油烧热，放入土豆、青椒、火腿糊，用铲子压实，稍许晃动锅子 -
5一面煎黄，翻面煎至两面焦黄，即可出锅 -
6装盘 -
7搭配一碗小米粥，一个简单美味的早餐就做好了！
