蒜蓉秋葵的做法步骤

1秋葵洗净，水开后焯水。 -
2水开后，加盐油少许下秋葵焯水两分钟，捞出透凉，去头尾。

3从中间切开码盘。

4蒜切碎，葱切花。

5两勺生抽，一勺蚝油，一勺料酒，一勺白糖加少许的水。搅拌均匀。

6起锅烧油，下葱蒜末炒香，倒入调好的料汁，烧的汤汁粘稠淋在秋葵上即可。
