凉拌海带的做法步骤

1干海带泡发洗净。 -
2泡发好的海带切丝。 -
3锅中烧水，放入切碎的海带丝煮至海带断生捞出沥水。 -
4蒜切末、姜切丝、小葱切碎。 -
5锅中放一点点油烧热，改小火，放入姜丝、蒜末煸香。 -
6海带丝放入碗中，放入煸香的蒜末姜丝。 -
7放入一点盐调味。 -
8放入一勺生抽。 -
9放入半勺酱油。 -
10放入一勺香醋。 -
11放入一点点白糖提鲜。 -
12放入葱花。 -
13淋入一勺香油拌匀。 -
14成品。
小窍门
喜欢吃辣的可以淋入辣椒油，孩子不能吃辣就没放。
