青菜咸鸭蛋冬瓜汤的做法步骤

1食材：冬瓜（已去籽去皮清洗）、青菜（已洗净）、熟咸鸭蛋（已挖出蛋黄和蛋白）。 -
2将已洗净的青菜放在案板上切开。 -
3将已去籽去皮清洗的冬瓜放在案板上切片。 -
4将切好的冬瓜和青菜下入清水锅中煮开、煮至冬瓜熟软。 -
5接着，合入已挖出蛋黄和蛋白略煮。 -
6然后，加适量的盐。 -
7加适量的味精。 -
8调味翻匀即成。
