双色藕丁的做法步骤

1莲藕去皮切丁，胡萝卜切丁，姜切片 -
2热锅冷油爆姜，然后放入胡萝卜 -
3胡萝卜炒至变色，放入莲藕，加小半碗水和少许生抽 -
4焖炒至汤汁快要收尽放盐，翻炒片刻加入鸡精关火
