五香酱牛肉的做法步骤

1牛腱子肉放清水浸泡一小时，此时应切成几大块，我到了4步才想起来。 -
2准备各种调料。 -
3冷水入锅，放入肉块，烧开了撇去沫子，然后冷水洗净，也起到一收缩作用。 -
4高压锅放清水，放入焯好的牛腱子，料酒、酱油、葱、姜片、香叶、桂皮、花椒、辣椒、大茴。 -
5大火煮开，捞出桂皮，盖上盖，上汽后小火40分钟。 -
6煮好后高压锅不动，焖一个小时，开锅，牛肉酱好后拿出来，连汤放进饭盒里，放进冰箱里一夜；吃的时候切片，可以沾着生抽、蒜做的汁吃。
