《铁证如山3》辑录的是1940年邮政检阅档案，这些档案是侵华日军自己形成的档案，完全出自日本侵华历史的制造者、亲历者和见证者之手，历史性和真实性不容置疑。反映日本侵华暴行历史铁证，控诉日本军国主义屠杀中国人民和践踏中国人民人权所犯下的滔天罪行，对维护二战后的国际秩序以及世界和平具有重大的历史意义和现实意义。尹怀编写的《铁证如山(3吉林省档案馆馆藏日本侵华邮政检阅月报专辑2英文版)(精)》是《铁证如山3》的英文版。
